Today, all Malaysians celebrate the Malaysia Day, commemorating the unification between Western Malaysia (Malaya/Tanah Melayu) and Borneo Lands (Sabah and Sarawak) since 16 September 1963. After nurturing 47 years under one-named 'Malaysia', I feel delight enjoying pleasure time with my family at this historical moment.
Concurrently with the national holiday, a family feast or "kenduri kesyukuran" was held at my home village, Beseri, Perlis. Almost family members and friends attend the ceremony on this seventh day of Syawal 1431. Then, each following pictures tell everyone thousand of words behind the event.
